Goggle Fitting Guide

The trick to getting a good pair of goggles is finding a pair which fit your face and eyes.

Step 1 – Place goggles over eyes. If a split second of suction is provided then they are a good fit.

Step 2 – Fit Straps. The goggle straps sole purpose is to hold the goggle in position, not to provide the seal.

Step 3 – Adjust Straps & Nosebridge for comfortbale swim

We always recommend trying 2-3 different models, this will help you compare fit, comfort and validate your purchase decision.

1. Chest

Keep arms down, measure below shoulders (ideally wearing a non-padded bra).

2. Waist

Measure around the natural waistline (below the rib cage).

3. Hips

With feet together measure around the fullest part.

4. Body length (loop)

Start from top of the shoulder down the body over the bust and through the legs. Continue over the bottom and meet at the starting shoulder point.
